Had Jacob out to fix an issue with our wall furnace. I’d previously had another company out a year ago and they told me the unit would need to be replaced if it happened again, that didn’t seem right so when the issue came back we found this company. He came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and then showed me what to do if it happened again (a very simple fix). If we have any further issues, we’ll call Jacob first.
